A 12-week coaching experience customized to your goal
The Why
We need to help people develop self-reliance — discipline
Creating change in your life is not a matter of what you know or what you want; it’s a matter of what you do (how you behave). Our ability to control our behavior reflects our level of discipline, which is a key predictor of whether you will achieve your goal.
Discipline doesn’t mean perfection; we need to make the definition more approachable. Discipline is committing to ourselves that we won’t quit, despite the inevitable setbacks. It is developed through small changes that compound over time. Concierge Coaching uses behavioral science to help people develop the discipline and the confidence to achieve their goals.
The What
Concierge Coaching is a system designed to help people achieve their goal through 3 foundational pillars.
Pillar 1: Strategize and Plan -
People with a plan are much more likely to take action and succeed. “Write it down, make it real.”
A 12-week Outline Plan (one-time)
This plan covers the overall strategy needed to set you up for success toward your goal. This 12-week roadmap will take into account your general schedule, obstacles, and non-negotiables.
Weekly Planning
At the beginning of each week, you will receive a written plan outlining your workouts and providing nutrition guidance based on your goal. This plan will include details on exercise selection, order, frequency, and schedule, tailored to your detailed weekly schedule.
Adaptation
As things come up during the week, I’ll work with you to adapt your plan as needed. Mistakes are good; they allow us to learn and improve. Quitting is the only thing that ensures failure.
Pillar 2: Problem Solve -
Achieving your goal requires spending time efficiently. The goal isn’t to spend more time; it’s to get more out of your time.
Video and/or Phone Calls
We’ll schedule up to 90 minutes of live check-ins strategically to support your goals and fit your schedule. Some may prefer shorter sessions spread throughout the week, while others might opt for a longer 90-minute session to address all their questions. Some might prefer video calls for visual problem-solving while others may prefer phone calls so they can walk-and-talk. We’ll implement a communication strategy personalized for you.
In-Person Check-Ins are available for NYC and D.C. area residents on a case-by-case basis.
Video Notes from Coach
Another way you’ll hear from me is via video notes sent throughout the week. I’ll record and send private videos to reinforce our discussions, highlight key points for the week, and answer any questions you have about know-how, decisions, or exercises.
Unlimited Q&A
Feel free to text me or send video notes with any questions that arise during the week. I also want to hear about any small wins you celebrate.
Pillar 3: Measure and Iterate -
Goodhart’s Law says “When a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure.”
At the start of our work together, we’ll establish the metrics we want to measure over the course of our time together. Some of these will be quantitative (e.g., body weight, steps, weightlifting progress), while others will be qualitative (e.g., confidence, reduction in anxiety or stress). We will use what we learn each week to iterate and improve the following week’s plan.
The How
How do we get started?
Book a call with me so we can discuss your goals.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $500 per week for a 12-week virtual program. Pricing for in-person sessions is based on session frequency.
How can I trust this system will work?
I can’t promise that the system will work because it’s not the system that works—it’s the individual who does. If you’re willing to put in the work, you will see results.
What I can promise is integrity. As your coach, I offer a money-back guarantee. If you feel you’re not getting value from our time together, I’ll refund your money in full.
